Communication Specialist

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Health Careers in Sask, you will be part of a team providing intervention and rehabilitation to adults and pediatric patients at multiple sites. This rewarding role involves conducting speech, language, and swallowing assessments and treatments according to established standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intervention and rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Registration or eligibility with the Saskatchewan Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (SASLPA)
- Membership with the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA)
Prior experience working in a healthcare setting is an asset, particularly in speech language pathology.
Working ConditionsThis is a casual position, requiring flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Travel may be required to provide services at multiple sites.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $43,309 to $52,958 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
