Dining Services Lead

At Sunrise Senior Living, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Lead Server, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new servers to maintain our high standards of service
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of our dining rooms to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with special events and functions to make every occasion memorable
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure our dining areas meet our cleanliness and readiness standards
- Conduct table top inventories to ensure we're always stocked and ready to serve
- Handle food and beverages with the utmost care and attention to detail, adhering to all regulatory procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
