Server Team Lead

Job Overview
At Sunrise Senior Living, our Lead Server plays a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dining rooms and designated areas meet the highest standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop new servers to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Maintain proper dining room setup, including table settings, linens, and glassware.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and theme parties.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure that our dining areas meet cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Assist in conducting table top inventories to ensure that our dining areas are well-stocked and prepared for service.
- Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
