  • Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment, adhering to strict standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of meal services, meeting the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
