  • Provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with training team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist in special events and activities that promote socialization and engagement among residents.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets our cleanliness and readiness standards.
  • Assist in table top inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of food and beverages.
  • Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
