At McBurl Corp, we're seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, supervising staff, and training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You'll also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as addressing customer complaints and concerns. * Establish methods to meet work schedules
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Hire food service staff
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
