Job Summary:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled and experienced Server Team Lead to join our team. As a Server Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise new servers to ensure they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining rooms and designated areas, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and functions, ensuring seamless service and exceptional resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and loyalty, through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of service.
