Senior Manager, Customer Insights Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Customer Insights Leader to join our Canadian Banking Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Business Intelligence and Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Strategy, and Business Lines, to ensure alignment and effective communication of insights and recommendations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide dynamic reporting and analysis on key performance metrics to various stakeholders, including retail, small business, product lines, channels, and other strategic groups.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business operations and reduce costs.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in banking, reporting, analytics, and strategy, with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power Point, and Word, with the ability to manipulate large data sets and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
