We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Pinecrest Motel.

This is a permanent position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform duties similar to those supervised, demonstrating expertise in motel management.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on key performance indicators.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and implement measures to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to optimize staff performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintain and repair motel systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
  • Procure materials and supplies to support operational requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Two years of experience in a related field, ideally in motel management or a similar environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 CAD, depending on experience.
