Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Numinous Creations Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
