Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1000477569 ONTARIO INC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, planning and controlling budgets, supervising other workers, and recording minutes of meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
- Coordinating Events: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.
- Supervision: Supervise other workers, including training and guiding them to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
