Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at L Squared Digital Signage. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
