Job Title: Settlements Clerk

Brandt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Settlements Clerk to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales, including account reconciliations and special reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Complete equipment registrations
  • Purchase extended warranty contracts
  • Receipt trades into inventory
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Review and validate sales commissions
  • Collaborate with assigned branches to ensure deal requirements are met
  • Develop strategies to manage responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous accounting experience is an asset
  • Previous industry or John Deere dealership experience is also an asset

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to think critically.
