We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at MALWA CLEANING SERVICES INC. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to quality standards.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Perform general office duties, including creating digital records using a scanner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as MS Excel.
  • Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Word and Internet.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
