At The Simple Investor Real Estate Group Inc., we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Burlington, Ontario.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of commercial, condominium, and residential real estate transactions. This includes drafting, organizing, and maintaining corporate records, conducting corporate searches, and preparing final legal reports and accounts.

You will also act as a liaison between clients, law clerks, lenders, real estate/mortgage brokers, and agents, as well as municipalities. Additionally, you will collect and summarize deal information, conduct and review title and off-title searches, and assist with drafting shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including commercial, condominium, and residential
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on maintaining, organizing, and drafting corporate records
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience using Teraview and Dye Durham software is highly preferred
