Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hosts, bartenders, servers, and cooks.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profits, including managing inventory and controlling costs.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
- Restaurant management and/or culinary experience.
- Food and Beverage/Kitchen Team Lead experience.
- College graduate with some industry experience or management experience in a related industry.
