Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Restaurant Miraflores. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and properly maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive tasks and heavy workload.
- Physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads.
- English or French.
- 40 hours per week.
