We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Restaurant Miraflores. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 16-20 staff members, including supervising and training employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and control daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and maintenance of the restaurant's facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
