We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Restaurant Miraflores. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish; Castilian is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload, and overtime required.
Experience:
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English or French.
