Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Roska DBO is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Albian site in Fort McMurray. This is a one-year maternity leave position, working Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Handle communications and provide general administrative support
  • Process expense requests and manage visitor/vehicle passes
  • Set up new hires and contingent workers in myrequests
  • Submit and manage requests for furniture, cellphones, and building maintenance
  • Host meetings and share information from management
  • Manage the Superintendent's calendar and meeting bookings
  • Manage the Safety Point system and monthly BP TV submissions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of oil and gas administration experience
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting and/or Business Administration preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry and Land Survey Descriptions (LSD) is an asset
  • Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
