ZAGAZETA GARCIA is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Legal Support to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of PCLaw in the Cloud, MS Word, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Legal studies, general.
  • Accounting technology/technician and bookkeeping.
  • Financial planning and services.
