Ledcor Talent Brand Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Advisor, Talent Brand to support the promotion of Ledcor's employer brand and employment opportunities.
This role is part of the Corporate Communications team and involves collaborating with the recruitment team and supporting talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to hiring priorities and strategy development.
- Create engaging content for various social media and digital advertising platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and produce comprehensive reports.
- Monitor engagement with Ledcor content and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all Ledcor social media recruitment content, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and interaction with external applicants.
- Support content creation for digital and print advertising, including newspaper, magazine, radio ads, and website and social media ads.
- Assist in creating and maintaining digital and print templated materials, including signage, advertising, and conference and event materials.
- Provide support to the recruitment team for website content updates.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment communications data to determine the effectiveness of social media and marketing tactics.
- Offer regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders for actions and continuous improvement based on findings.
- Support additional Corporate Communications priorities, including building Ledcor's brand and showcasing Ledcor's people and culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, developing and supporting external corporate communications or marketing.
- Excellent customer service and compliant resolution skills.
- Strong communication and listening skills to deliver messages effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in any deliverables.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong sense of urgency as part of daily work style.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience.
