Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned corporate and real estate lawyer with a strong existing practice to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in corporate commercial and/or real estate law, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on corporate and real estate matters
  • Develop and maintain a strong existing practice, with a focus on corporate commercial and real estate law
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and grow the firm's reputation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate commercial and/or real estate law
  • Established practice with a strong reputation in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
