Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends and manage risk to ensure portfolio performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Work closely with project teams, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
- Supervise and administer a section of project management support staff.
- Plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and allocate assignments, assigning work directly.
- Provide guidance and direct technical assistance as required and maintain a check on progress and accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standards, methods, and procedures for carrying out the work, and be responsible for quality and production.
- Supervise and oversee staff serving Facilities Departments to assemble complete work packages, scope of works, RFP/RFQ documents, schedules, and estimates for all work disciplines.
- Participate in site and company teams and initiatives.
- Represent management in joint processes, including grievance review boards.
- 4-year university degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project management and/or related fields.
- 5+ years' experience in a progressive leadership role.
- PMP certification considered an asset.
- Experience in the operation of plant facilities, including specialized equipment, processes, tooling, techniques, and methods.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of managing successful investment portfolios.
