Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. This role is a critical part of our operations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient operational processes and tools to enhance day-to-day hotel operations.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to streamline operational procedures and improve productivity.
  3. Utilize Qpower and other systems to support the team in achieving high departmental scores.
  4. Contribute to the development and update of operational policies and procedures.
  5. Champion the BLT program and assist in presenting trainings for new hires and managers.
  6. Monitor software applications and request access as needed.
  7. Purchase supplies using the P-Card for operational needs.
  8. Coordinate guest satisfaction survey results and comments.
  9. Assist the Guest Services team with administration of daily operations.
  10. Manage gift shop inventory and display items.
  11. C coordinate invoice payments for all departments and create micro-reports.
  12. Support the restaurant and banquet team with recurring purchase orders.
  13. Standardize purchase order processes for all departments.
  14. Ensure compliance with software application training.

Requirements:

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in hotel operation management or a related field. Alternatively, a 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with 1 year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related field.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
