Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. This role is a critical part of our operations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and tools to enhance day-to-day hotel operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operational procedures and improve productivity.
- Utilize Qpower and other systems to support the team in achieving high departmental scores.
- Contribute to the development and update of operational policies and procedures.
- Champion the BLT program and assist in presenting trainings for new hires and managers.
- Monitor software applications and request access as needed.
- Purchase supplies using the P-Card for operational needs.
- Coordinate guest satisfaction survey results and comments.
- Assist the Guest Services team with administration of daily operations.
- Manage gift shop inventory and display items.
- C coordinate invoice payments for all departments and create micro-reports.
- Support the restaurant and banquet team with recurring purchase orders.
- Standardize purchase order processes for all departments.
- Ensure compliance with software application training.

Requirements:
This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in hotel operation management or a related field. Alternatively, a 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with 1 year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related field.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
