About the Job:


We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This role will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls to the right people
  • Open and distribute mail, prepare delivery notes for couriers, and carry out mailings
  • Order office supplies and negotiate the best prices
  • Make flight reservations, car rentals, and hotel bookings
  • Open accounts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist with conference room and meeting management
  • Filing and maintaining up-to-date filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments in directors' calendars
  • Collecting photos and creating posts for social media
  • Assisting with recruiting mandates and organizing office events


Requirements:



  • Bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills and ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
