Job Summary:
Randstad Canada is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning and document preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required


Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and results-oriented team player
