Legal Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including data entry and maintenance of contract databases.
- Analyze contracts to update the contract database and participate in the transfer of contractual agreements to our company platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordination and communication between the finance team and other departments in the organization.
- Assist in the processing of insurance claims and related documentation.
- Meet compliance requirements of contractors.
Requirements
- Experience in data entry and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Spoken and written French and English (bilingualism is a favorable asset).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
