About the Role

The Workforce Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of time and attendance policies and processes in Ceridian Dayforce for Canada and US Divisions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless time and attendance configurations and hardware implementation in Dayforce, adhering to labor laws and regulations, Magna best practices, and Dayforce best practices.
  • Deliver training to employees and managers on time and attendance policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
  • Analyze time and attendance data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights for process improvements and harmonization.
  • Support the System Implementation team in resolving discrepancies and issues related to time and attendance design, ensuring timely resolutions and adjustments.
  • Provide reports on time and attendance metrics to management as needed, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to time and attendance management, applying this knowledge to drive process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in time and attendance management, with a strong understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience with time and attendance systems and software, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics, and data validation, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster effective working relationships at all levels internally and with external partners.
