Workforce Management Coordinator, Payroll Specialist

About the Role
The Workforce Management Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation of time and attendance policies and processes in Ceridian Dayforce for Canada and US Divisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Support Divisions through the implementation of their time and attendance configurations and hardware in Dayforce, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, Magna best practice, Dayforce best practice
- Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to time and attendance design, providing guidance and support as needed
- Deliver training for employees and managers on time and attendance policies and procedures
- Analyze time and attendance policies to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements and harmonization where possible
- Collaborate with System Implementation team to ensure resolutions and adjustments are clearly understood
- Support the flow of daily implementation task delivery by identifying, prioritizing and ensuring urgent matters with potential impact on the Project are brought to the attention of the Program Manager
- Support first punch and first pay initiatives for Go Live
- Provide reports on time and attendance metrics to management as needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to time and attendance management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in time and attendance management
- Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
- Experience with time and attendance systems and software
- Experience leading a team through transition and efficiency processes
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting, metrics, and data validation
