Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Execution

AER Event Rentals Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our team in driving business growth and excellence in execution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to achieve our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and excellence in execution.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Human Resources Planning: Establish and maintain human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
- Representative Functions: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the right leadership is in place to drive business growth and excellence in execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence in execution.
- Language: English is the primary language of business, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
