About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at 1414351 Ontario Ltd O/A Advanced Computers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business initiatives and ensure optimal performance.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as a team player and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English is the primary language of business.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
