Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to assist with various tasks related to maintaining the golf course in pristine condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, carting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, repairing and maintaining equipment, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate should have no degree, certificate, or diploma but possess experience as an asset. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to handle heavy loads in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be a team player, dependable, organized, and reliable.



Benefits:


We offer on-site housing options and a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we have a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
