Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Support Associate to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our facilities support team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our workspace, ensuring that all areas are safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general labor, with skills in painting, patching, and small repairs. You will also be responsible for organizing and cleaning the kitchenette, as well as assisting contractors when needed.

You will be the point of contact for escalated communications between the landlord and other stakeholders, and will be responsible for receiving packages, unpacking them, and distributing them to the appropriate associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Perform general labor tasks, including painting and patching
  • Assist contractors when needed
  • Organize and clean the kitchenette
  • Receive packages, unpack them, and distribute them to the appropriate associates
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between the landlord and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in general labor or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
