About the Role

As an Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining client accounts, ensuring account administration and documentation remains up-to-date and compliant, and working with an Investment Advisor in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients, manage timelines and key dates for accounts to ensure seamless support.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner, handling account transactions, requests, account documentation, and account reporting.
  • Tap into your problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service, liaising with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal/external partners.
  • Support the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant client files and documentation.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications.
  • Strong business application and technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
