Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Strong Side Conditioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can commit to a regular schedule.
