Lifestyle Sunrooms Inc. is a family-owned business, serving homeowners across the country. We are the largest independent manufacturer and installer of sunrooms, windows, and doors. We have also partnered with a leading provider of premium bath and shower products to proud homeowners.

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our growing team.

The CFO is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of not only managing the company's finances but also contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Manage cash flow and forecasting; develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
  4. Lead the budgeting process, including the development of models for revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  5. Work with department heads to monitor performance and identify areas for financial improvement.
  6. Oversee and responsible for Finance and IT.
  7. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  2. CPA or CMA designation, in good standing, or equivalent is required.
  3. 10+ years of experience in one of the following: VP of Finance, Director, CFO or an equivalent senior financial role.
  4. Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
  6. Experience managing a fast-growing business or division.
  7. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
  8. Knowledge with technology integration, leveraging financial technologies to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities through ERP or AI.
  9. Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
