Lifestyle Sunrooms Inc. is a family-owned business, serving homeowners across the country. We are the largest independent manufacturer and installer of sunrooms, windows, and doors. We have also partnered with a leading provider of premium bath and shower products to proud homeowners.
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our growing team.
The CFO is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of not only managing the company's finances but also contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting; develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
- Lead the budgeting process, including the development of models for revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Work with department heads to monitor performance and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Oversee and responsible for Finance and IT.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- CPA or CMA designation, in good standing, or equivalent is required.
- 10+ years of experience in one of the following: VP of Finance, Director, CFO or an equivalent senior financial role.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing a fast-growing business or division.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Knowledge with technology integration, leveraging financial technologies to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities through ERP or AI.
- Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
