Job Description

Lifestyle Sunrooms Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of not only managing the company's finances but also contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO and other stakeholders.
  3. Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
  4. Financial Operations: Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  3. Financial Analysis and Modelling: Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  4. Technology Integration: Knowledge of financial technologies, including ERP and AI, to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
  5. Financial Management Software: Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
