Financial Responsibilities
  • Budget management within the range of $100,001 - $500,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate financial projects and tasks to team members to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to maximize performance.
  • Lead and motivate staff while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Plan and oversee daily operations and budget expenditures.
  • Review financial reports and budgets for specific initiatives.
  • Conduct staff training and establish operational policies.
  • Monitor financial control systems and manage contracts.
  • Supervise the collection and analysis of financial data.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure effective customer service and cash management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage payroll administration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Supervision
  • Manage a small team of 1 to 2 accounting clerks.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows operating systems.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in management or related fields.
