We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at IAS Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks, including arranging seminars, conferences, and travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. This person will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Office Coordinator will provide customer service, perform data entry, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

What We Offer

Requirements

Please note that this is a full-time position with a salary of approximately $47,500 per year, based on the estimated annual salary for a Senior Office Coordinator in a similar industry and location.
