Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations;
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge;
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls;
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field;

  • High level of organization and time management skills;
