The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and quality of food and drinks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in food and beverage management. You should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Requirements
- Smart Serve certification.
- Work permit.
