Position Overview: Senior Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive experience in managing high-volume food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in service excellence, event coordination, and effective team leadership. This role requires a commitment to guest satisfaction, staff development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards
  • Implement and maintain safety measures and compliance with industry regulations
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing costs and enhancing service quality
  • Lead food and beverage initiatives, assess performance metrics, and oversee inventory management
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and effective issue resolution
  • Enhance business growth through strategic marketing, community engagement, and menu development
  • Manage financial planning, budget oversight, and performance reporting
  • Develop and mentor staff, providing training and fostering a culture of excellence

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in fine or casual dining
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends and wine pairings
  • Demonstrated success in operational management and team leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, OpenTable, and other relevant software
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
