Food & Beverage Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Operations Leader will:

Develop and sustain an enticing food selection and a creative beverage program that attracts guests and enhances revenue. Manage the daily operations of our dining venue, fostering an energetic atmosphere where guests feel welcome to gather at any time. Collaborate closely with our dedicated leadership team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for all guests. Establish and maintain procedures that promote effective operations and support the growth and development of team members, shaping them into well-rounded hospitality professionals. Cultivate a culture of high performance and engagement through recognition, training, coaching, and enjoyment.

What We Seek...

A genuine passion for food & beverage, guest service, and the hospitality industry. A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and encourage others to think differently. A hands-on approach to leadership and training, committed to developing and motivating the team to achieve outstanding guest service. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with property management and Point of Sale systems. Strong organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. A degree or diploma in Hospitality is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
