Water Business Development Strategist

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will develop and lead business group initiatives for Canada, ensuring effective implementation of business group strategies.
- You will develop, implement and maintain an effective regional business group program, including business development strategies, new business prospects, technical services, quality, production methods and standards.
- You will work cooperatively with other Regional Business Group Directors, Regional Operations Directors, Area Managers and Market Sector Directors to drive Business Group strategies and initiatives in the Regions.
- You will actively participate in water industry associations and organizations.
- You will serve as the Business Group point of interface with Operations, bringing a strong business skill set.
- You will be committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
- The ability to work cooperatively with regional managers, technical directors and client development teams.
- Residency within the Greater Toronto Area or willingness to relocate.
