Landscaping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at The Great Canadian Landscaping Company Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscapers and gardeners, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Schedule Events and Programs: Coordinate and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop and implement plans for labour and material requirements, ensuring accurate estimates and efficient resource allocation.
- Organize and Direct Construction: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain work records, logs, and other documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Requisition and Order Materials: Procure and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Identify and resolve work-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily operational plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess and evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate Subcontractors' Activities: Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and managing teams.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.

- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
