Gun Counter Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Gun Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based on this analysis.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle.
- Visual Presentation: Assure visual presentation standards are met by upkeep and maintenance, including in-store signage, merchandise recovering, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as needed.
- Program Promotion: Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's programs, including in-store surveys and in-store pick-up.
- Team Support: Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
- Experience: One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle, and knowledge of Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's specific products is an asset.
