Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making informed buying decisions and recommending products based on their needs.
  • Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's programs, including in-store surveys and in-store pick-up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including upkeep and maintenance of in-store signage, merchandise, and visual displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
Qualifications
  • One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  • A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
  • Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's specific products is an asset.
