Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kate Spade New York. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop strong product knowledge and make recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual directives and executing operational tasks as per company directives.
  • Operational Excellence: Process all POS transactions accurately, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a proactive ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • Professional Selling Skills: Possess professional selling skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Luxury Goods Experience: Prior luxury goods experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
