Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales experiences, managing leads, and providing quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Sales Experience
    • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
  • Manage Leads and Provide Quotes
    • Effectively manage leads, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
    • Provide accurate and timely quotes to prospective clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Shop Market Options and Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities
    • Research and compare insurance market options to find the best coverage for clients
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products and services to clients
  • Prioritize Building a Quality Book of Business
    • Focus on building a strong book of business, prioritizing client relationships and retention
    • Develop strategies to maintain good retention ratios and grow business

Requirements

To be successful as an Insurance Sales Professional at BIG Whitby, you will need:

  • RIBO License or Equivalent
    • Current RIBO license or willingness to obtain
  • 3+ Years of Insurance Sales Experience
    • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
